Warranty & Return Policy

If you have problems with your purchase, please contact us by email or phone with your concerns and a detailed report for your claim.

All our products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defect and can be returned to us for warranty repair or replacement. In case the product is not defective, damaged, or otherwise, we offer a 14 day Money Back Guarantee, from date of invoice. You will be responsible for packaging, safe delivery and the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend insuring the original invoice value when returning the merchandise to us.

For efficient handling and processing

1. Contact Alpha tools.

2. You will receive a Return Authorization(RA) number upon receipt of your completed and detailed information form (provided by us).

3. Submit with report copy of original invoice.

4. No credit will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, tempered with, or contain missing parts.Product must be in original packaging.

5. Shipping charges are none-refundable unless it is warranty or based on our mistake. No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted.
