2. You will receive a Return Authorization(RA) number upon receipt of your completed and detailed information form (provided by us).

3. Submit with report copy of original invoice.

4. No credit will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, tempered with, or contain missing parts. Product must be in original packaging.

5. Shipping charges are none-refundable unless it is warranty or based on our mistake. No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted.
